Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

- Lead concept development and visual storytelling aligned with agency objectives.

- Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of innovation and brand consistency.

Ideation & Conceptualization

- Drive ideation processes and foster creative thinking across teams.

- Translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.

Design Execution

- Oversee the creation of static and motion-based assets, including social media content, video, presentations, reports, and award entries.

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with content marketers, designers, marketing leads, and account teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams for campaign execution.

Mentorship & Development

- Manage and mentor a team of marketing designers.

- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.

Project Management

- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

- Maintain high standards of execution across all deliverables.





Trend Awareness & Innovation

- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.

- Introduce new creative approaches to enhance output quality.

Global Coordination

- Collaborate with teams across regions and manage time-zone flexibility.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 4-6 years of experience in creative/design roles.

- Minimum 1-2 years in a senior or leadership design position.

- Solid conceptual and strategic thinking ability.

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Experience across digital formats, including social media, video, presentations, and campaigns.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience collaborating with content teams, account teams, and external vendors.

- Flexibility to work across global time zones.
