We are seeking an experienced Senior Façade Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead design execution, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality façade solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Design Execution

- Independently prepare detailed shop drawings from design drawings.
- Develop fabrication drawings, material take-offs, and material order schedules.
- Manage assigned projects or specific project zones with minimal supervision.
- Execute all instructions provided by the Project Design Team Leader.
- Act as Design Lead in the absence of the Team Leader, managing client, consultant, and architect coordination.

Technical Responsibilities
- Provide accurate façade system detailing based on fabrication and installation requirements.
- Interpret architectural and structural Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, statutory codes, and industry standards.
- Apply strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, fixing methods, and installation techniques.

Team Coordination & Supervision
- Review and verify drawings prepared by junior designers.
- Guide and mentor junior designers for technical improvement.
- Manage complete design activities for small-scale or urgent projects with limited team support.

Client & Consultant Coordination




- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and architects as required.
- Represent the design department professionally during discussions and reviews.
- Maintain clear and effective communication in English and the local language as applicable.

Professional Conduct
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsibility, and technical accuracy.
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines and project delivery commitments.
- Demonstrate commitment to meeting project deadlines during critical phases.

Requirements

Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in façade design and detailing.
- Strong exposure to shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and project coordination.
