Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project estimation for windows, façade systems, and non-standard items.

- Analyze architectural drawings to assess scope, specifications, materials, and labor requirements.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, fabrication, installation, logistics, overheads, wastage, and risk provisions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate pricing and commercial decision-making.

- Act as the estimation interface with the Design team using design-linked engineering and estimation software.

- Derive material quantities, weights, and system/component break-ups from design models and drawings.

- Translate design data into structured cost inputs aligned with project scope and specifications.

- Assess the cost impact of design changes and update estimates accordingly.

- Conduct market analysis on façade systems, materials, and supplier pricing trends.

- Benchmark project costs against historical data and industry standards.

- Support commercial negotiations with data-driven cost insights.

- Maintain and update cost databases and vendor rate records.

- Ensure compliance with financial and contractual costing requirements.

- Prepare procurement and execution budgets based on approved estimates.

- Monitor project costs and track actual versus estimated expenses.





- Identify cost deviations and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with factory, project, and planning teams to maintain cost discipline.

- Support variation orders, change requests, and cost re-forecasting.

- Prepare estimation files, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and cost tracking sheets.

- Generate detailed cost breakdowns including pricing logic, assumptions, and exclusions.

- Provide regular cost and budget updates to management and stakeholders.

- Support internal and client discussions with structured estimation data.

- Ensure documentation is well-maintained, traceable, and reusable.

Requirements:

- Strong experience in project estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design specifications.

- Knowledge of façade systems, windows, and related materials.

- Experience with estimation software and design-linked tools.

- Strong analytical skills for cost calculation, benchmarking, and budgeting.

- Experience in vendor coordination and cost database management.

- Ability to monitor project costs and manage budget deviations.

- Robust documentation and reporting skills.

- Good coordination skills with design, project, and planning teams.

- Understanding of commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of projects.
