About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Strategy Lead to lead strategic thinking across the studio while ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, quality, and consistency.

Working closely with the Founder, you will shape brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy for our clients, while overseeing project delivery across strategy, design, content, and production. This role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership and is suited to someone who enjoys building brands as much as bringing them to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

Lead brand strategy engagements, including research, positioning, brand architecture, and messaging.

Develop communication frameworks, verbal identity, tone of voice, and content strategy.

Facilitate client workshops, strategic presentations, and support new business opportunities.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the content team, providing transparent direction and constructive feedback.

Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure strategic intent is reflected in execution.





Maintain a high standard of strategic thinking and written communication across all deliverables.

Project & Client Management

Oversee project planning, timelines, resourcing, and delivery across the studio.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and proactively resolve risks.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years' experience in brand strategy or a strategy-led branding role.

Experience within a branding studio, boutique agency, or independent creative practice.

Strong understanding of branding, design, and communication systems.

Excellent strategic thinking, writing, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience leading or mentoring teams.

Organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational ownership.

Experience across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality is an advantage.
