- Lead and execute statutory audits for corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage audits of listed companies and coordinate with client management and audit teams.
- Assist clients in IPO-related assignments, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements while ensuring timely completion.
- Identify audit risks, recommend process improvements, and maintain high-quality audit documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
- Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and build long-term professional relationships.
Eligibility
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
- Hands-on experience with Ind AS, Listed Companies Audits, and IPO assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
