We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager to lead strategic initiatives, oversee daily operations, and drive organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver business objectives. Senior Managers typically oversee a department or function, manage budgets, lead teams, and translate organizational strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage departmental operations to ensure efficient execution of business goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- 5-8 years of progressive professional experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant business management tools.
