Required Skills & Qualifications

● 5 to 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Brand Partnerships within an Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Media Agency.

● Proven track record of acquiring new clients and consistently achieving revenue targets.

● Robust understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the creator economy.

● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. ●Experience in creating proposals, pricing strategies, and client presentations. ● Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

● Strong networking, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.





● Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities as required.
