Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce Fashion
We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ year of experience in scaling D2C/e-commerce brands.
What you'll do:
- Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads
- Plan and execute performance campaigns
- Track ROAS, CAC, conversions, and campaign performance
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to scale revenue
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Solid experience with e-commerce/fashion brands
- Experience in women's apparel, shapewear, lingerie, or fashion will be preferred
- Analytical, creative, and growth-focused
