- Robust programming expertise in C/C++, with focus on embedded systems
- Proven experience in software development from scratch, adhering to programming principles and quality coding standards
- Solid understanding of data structures, software design, and architecture (APIs, libraries, frameworks)
- Hands-on experience with connectivity protocols/interfaces such as TSN, PTP, Ethernet, ORAN, etc.
- Exposure to Linux user space frameworks and applications, with knowledge of multi-threading, IPC,
and OS internals
- Familiarity with Linux kernel concepts (preferred)
- Experience with build systems (Yocto) and code management tools (Git, Bitbucket)
- Strong experience in code reviews, regression, and automation tools
- Expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization (power/memory) in Linux environments
- Understanding of hardware-software interfacing and debugging techniques
- Exposure to FPGA and RISC-V processors (preferred)
- Awareness of AI agents and prompt engineering (good to have)
