Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, where the Job Title will support the delivery of high-quality services to upstream oil and gas clients. The role involves coordinating daily operational activities, collaborating with technical and field teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Job Title will assist in planning and executing projects, documenting procedures and outcomes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.



The person in this position will interact regularly with internal stakeholders and clients, helping to maintain efficient workflows and clear communication. The role also includes learning and applying company processes, tools, and technologies relevant to logging, perforation, and associated services.

Qualifications

- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment and follow established health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage daily tasks, schedules, and project documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with field teams, technical staff, and clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support operational decision-making and troubleshoot issues.
- Basic understanding of upstream oil and gas operations; experience in logging, perforation, or related services is an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools for reporting, data entry, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and support onshore and, when required, offshore operations.
- Relevant technical or engineering degree/diploma (e.g., Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred.
