Role Overview

As a Sales Manager – Developer Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with real estate developers to drive business growth. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding the developer network, and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations.

You will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, strengthening channel partnerships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard real estate developers in line with the company's business objectives.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong skilled relationships with key decision-makers within assigned developer accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from assigned partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Management to ensure smooth execution of projects and partner satisfaction.
- Lead joint business planning with developers by defining performance objectives, financial targets, and growth milestones.
- Understand partner requirements and proactively provide suitable business solutions.




- Drive sales through developer partnerships by working closely with partner sales teams.
- Manage channel relationships effectively while minimizing channel conflicts through transparent communication and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate solution development by engaging relevant internal stakeholders to meet end-customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, company policies, and operational processes.
- Promote and increase adoption of company programs and initiatives among developer partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand the developer network.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience

- Proven experience in Real Estate, Developer Sales, Channel Sales, or Developer Relationship Management.
- Experience working with real estate developers and channel partners is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing strategic partnerships.
