Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
- Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Track key business and performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by defining success metrics, analyzing outcomes, and presenting findings.
- Create presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting trends, performance, and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with business, product, technology, and analytics teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- Complex formulas
- Dashboard creation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in stakeholder-facing roles.
