Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai. The individual in this role will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, supporting promotional activities, and staying updated on digital marketing trends relevant to the rental and e-commerce space.

Qualifications

- Strong Marketing and Communication skills to develop clear, compelling campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing to manage platforms, grow audience engagement, and run paid and organic campaigns.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital creatives.
- Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced in office environment in Navi Mumbai, with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
