Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee Plant Care Services (PCS) operations across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality plant maintenance, client satisfaction, team management, and compliance with service standards. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising on-ground teams, ensuring smooth execution of horticulture services, and closely monitoring operational costs including plant replacements.



Responsible for managing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations for a cluster of multiple sites ensuring service quality and timely execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the primary point of contact for operational matters
- Supervise and lead a team of Executives, Supervisors & Gardners
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper maintenance, service standards, and issue resolution
- Monitor plant health and ensure timely replacement with cost control measures
- Track and manage replacement costing and operational expenses
- Coordinate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and reporting systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Landscape Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
