Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven YouTube Marketing Manager to lead our YouTube growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, subscriber growth, engagement, and lead generation through compelling video content and optimized YouTube campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute YouTube content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, publish, and optimize long-form videos, Shorts, podcasts, testimonials, and project walkthroughs.
- Manage the end-to-end YouTube channel, including content calendar and publishing schedule.
- Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, chapters).
- Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Manage YouTube Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
- Drive subscriber growth, watch time, CTR, and audience retention.




- Coordinate with sales and project teams to create product launches, customer stories, and educational content.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and emerging content trends.
- Work with influencers and creators for collaborations where relevant.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithm.
- Experience with YouTube Studio, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of audience retention, thumbnail optimization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent content planning and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (preferred).
- Experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in YouTube marketing, video marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience handling channels with significant subscriber growth and measurable business outcomes is preferred.
