Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce techno functional consultant/ Salesforce Architect. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud exposure and good to have Field Service.

Key Responsibilities:





- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Prioritize tasks, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution of projects
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using best practices
- Provide technical guidance in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design
- Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to development standards
- Handle customer communications, including requirement discussions, demos, and issue resolution
- Support deployment activities and post-production support

Required Skills &Qualifications; Strong hands-on experience in:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- High-level exposure to Field Service (FSL) Proficiency in:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura (optional)
- SOQL/SOSL, Flow Builder
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills
- Strong prioritization and task management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.) is a plus

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

- Knowledge or exposure to Agentforce
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
