Position: Computer Vision Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years
Education: PhD in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Mandatory)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer with a strong research background to develop next-generation vision-based solutions for RTLS, Digital Twin, Industrial Automation, Smart Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Logistics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying computer vision models for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced computer vision and deep learning solutions for RTLS applications.
Build object detection, tracking, segmentation, pose estimation, and activity recognition models.
Develop multi-camera vision systems and sensor fusion solutions integrating cameras with RTLS technologies (UWB, BLE, LiDAR, IMU, etc.).
Optimize AI models for real-time inference on edge devices and cloud platforms.
Conduct research and prototype innovative computer vision algorithms.
Collaborate with AI, Embedded, Robotics,
and Software Engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Publish creative ideas, patents, or research contributions where applicable.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Computer Vision and Deep Learning.
Excellent knowledge of Python and C++.
Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX.
Experience with object detection models such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, DETR, or similar.
Knowledge of multi-object tracking, camera calibration, image processing, and 3D vision.
Experience with edge AI deployment using NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of mathematics, optimization, and machine learning fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD research focused on Computer Vision, AI, Robotics, or Autonomous Systems.
Publications in leading conferences/journals such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, or ICRA.
Experience working on RTLS, Digital Twin, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Smart Manufacturing, or Healthcare solutions.
Knowledge of sensor fusion, SLAM, 3D reconstruction, or LiDAR-based perception is highly desirable.
