We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of HR and Legal data products that serve as a trusted source of insight for leaders across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Data & Analytics, AI, HR, and Legal, and offers a unique opportunity to influence how critical business decisions are made at scale.

Our products unify data from HRIS/HCM platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems, contract lifecycle management solutions, and compliance tools into a centralized analytics and intelligence platform. Insights are delivered through APIs, semantic models, dashboards, and AI-powered conversational experiences that help business leaders make faster and more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with HR and Legal stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, workforce planning cycles, talent review processes, compliance requirements, and operational challenges.
- Translate business needs into scalable, high-impact data products and analytics solutions.
- Shape product strategy and roadmap by balancing immediate business value with long-term platform investments.
- Build and enhance data products across employee, talent, headcount,



contract, compliance, and governance domains.
- Help productize advanced analytics and AI capabilities, including workforce forecasting, talent intelligence, predictive insights, compliance reporting, conversational analytics, and governance-enabled data catalogs.
- Drive adoption of data governance principles, including lineage, provenance, auditability, and domain ownership.
- Define and track product success metrics such as adoption, forecast accuracy, reporting cycle-time reduction, automation ROI, and data quality.
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Data Platform teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.

- What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or enterprise intelligence products.
- Robust understanding of modern data platforms, semantic modeling, APIs, and AI/ML concepts.
- Knowledge of HR, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Legal Operations, Compliance, or Data Privacy is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
- A bias for action, ownership mindset, and ability to simplify complex problems into practical solutions.
