Job Title: Performance Marketing Associate (Full Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The role requires strong expertise in B2C performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing initiatives

* Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI across channels

* Conduct targeting, segmentation, and remarketing campaigns

* Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools

* Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audience segments to improve conversion rates





* Collaborate with design team and agency to develop high-performing creatives and campaigns

* Track key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost

* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to scale campaigns effectively

* Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills

* 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing

* Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory

* Solid experience in B2C lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns

* Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking

* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

* Experience in budget management and campaign optimization

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment

* Experience in healthcare and other lead-generation businesses will be an added advantage

CTC Remuneration

- INR 6 Lakhs+ per annum (Negotiable for the right candidate)
