As a Senior Data Scientist with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key activities:- Designing and training predictive models, including deep learning models, to optimize key business outcomes and address complex challenges.- Engineering impactful features and building robust, automated data pipelines to support model training and inference.- Rigorously analyzing model performance and systematically fine-tuning models to maximize business metrics.- Building and deploying scalable, low-latency, production-grade applications to serve models in a production cloud environment.- Using a production-first mindset to consult on project feasibility and help shape technical strategy, balancing performance, time, and cost.- Designing and validating new processes, products, and advanced ML techniques through experimentation and testing.- Analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets to identify insights and propose strategies to address complex technical challenges.- Communicating complex findings and strategic recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences concisely and effectively.- Proactively engaging with team members to accomplish individual and group goals, providing technical mentorship to other data scientists.- Continuously seeking current opportunities to develop and apply new skills towards the improvement of data science processes and technical methodologies.- Establishing comprehensive monitoring for model performance and data drift, using insights to drive continuous improvement.- Documenting complex model architectures, deployment processes, and data pipelines to ensure maintainability.Critical Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in a discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Math,
