You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for life sciences use cases. This will involve working with structured and unstructured data, building predictive models, and integrating AI into real-world products. Your key responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and optimizing machine learning models for life sciences use cases.- Working with chemistry manufacturing controls, clinical, regulatory, or business data (structured & unstructured).- Building predictive models such as classification, recommendation, NLP.- Developing AI-powered features like candidate-job matching, resume parsing, or data insights.- Cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets.- Deploying models using cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Collaborating with product, engineering, and domain experts.- Ensuring data integrity, compliance, and model performance.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field, along with 2 years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science. Additionally, you should possess robust programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn), experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, knowledge of NLP techniques, and familiarity with cloud platforms. Preferred qualifications include experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare/Pharma domain, knowledge of GxP, clinical data, or regulatory environments, experience with LLMs, recommendation systems, job matching algorithms, and exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines.At cGxPTech, we are building next-generation AI solutions for the Life Sciences industry,
