Role & Responsibility
● Sales Strategy Execution Implement and execute sales strategies and tactical plans to drive business growth.
● Client Acquisition and Relationship Building -Lead individual client acquisition efforts, building and nurturing relationships. -Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent servicing.
● Revenue Target Achievement -Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets, monitoring performance and correcting course as needed.
● Market Analysis & Intelligence -Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and inform strategy. -Leverage connections outside the assigned region, especially Tier ½ cities, to support regional growth. -Explore quick-growing real estate markets beyond current locations.
● Team Collaboration -Collaborate with internal teams, especially marketing, to develop sales collateral and promotional material.
● Travel - Travel extensively within and outside the assigned region to meet clients and prospects.
