Spoto is building a smarter rental marketplace that connects tenants directly with verified property owners.
Role Overview
We are looking for 2 Property Acquisition Interns to help grow Spoto’s property inventory.
You will source rental properties from Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, OLX, and other online platforms, contact owners, verify property details, and onboard verified listings onto Spoto.
Responsibilities
* Find rental property listings from Facebook, and other platforms.
* Contact property owners via phone or Whats
App.
* Verify property details, rent, deposit, availability, and ownership information.
* Collect photos and listing information.
* Upload verified properties to Spoto.
* Maintain records of all properties sourced and contacted.
* Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
Compensation
* ₹5,000 fixed stipend upon completing 50 verified property listings per month.
* Additional ₹50 for every verified listing beyond the first 50 listings.
* High performers may be offered long-term opportunities with Spoto.
Requirements
* Valuable communication skills.
* Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with property owners.
* Basic internet research and data entry skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Prior real estate experience is a bonus but not required.
Ideal Candidate
* College students, fresh graduates, or anyone looking to gain startup and real estate operations experience.
* Someone who enjoys speaking with people and achieving targets.
