Job Summary

We are hiring Payment Posting / Data Entry Associates to support US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The role involves accurate data entry, payment posting, and reviewing healthcare payment documents while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately in the system.
- Review and capture data from EOBs, Remittance Advice, Insurance Checks, and Patient Payment documents.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.
- Follow SOPs, client guidelines, and SLA requirements.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or incomplete documents.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM (preferred,



not mandatory).
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Solid attention to detail and basic analytical skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
