Role Description

Customer Engagement Solution Design

Partner with customers to understand business objectives technical requirements and operational challenges

Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans

Lead technical workshops discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle

Solution Development Deployment

Design build and customize software solutions for customerspecific use cases

Develop integrations with enterprise systems cloud platforms APIs and data sources

Configure deploy and optimize solutions in customer environments

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation

Product Engineering Collaboration

Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements

Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities based on customer needs

Contribute code reusable components deployment accelerators and best practices

Support proofofconcepts POCs pilots and production rollouts





AI Data Cloud Enablement for contemporary FDE roles

Implement AIML analytics and automation solutions aligned with customer objectives

Design and optimize cloudnative architectures across Azure

Develop data pipelines APIs and integrations supporting AI and datadriven applications
