Responsibilities:

- Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership with mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and handle project escalations effectively.
- Support business development and proposal preparation with effort estimates and planning inputs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Production) or a related technical field.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software/technology project deliveries.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Prior Exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects.
- Prior Exposure to AI tech in project.
- Work from On Site / Client Location when ever needed.
