Roles & Responsibilities:

- Sourcing relevant profiles through Job boards by Posting job ads on professional sites, job sites, and social media.
- HR Screening of the profiles. Scheduling calls and interviews with the hiring manager
- Offer Negotiations post candidate selection.
- Coordinating with Onboarding/Offer management/IT team to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the candidate.
- Communicate with candidates/ stakeholders promptly to keep them informed on progress.
- MIS & Reporting Publishing reports and updates to stakeholders on a regular (weekly) basis.
- Using ATS to keep track of open roles
- Participate in recruiting events/drives

Requirements:

- MBA/ BBA Student or degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Proficiency with MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken)
- Should have personal Laptop & Good Internet Connection
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Robust attention to detail.
