Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support SAP PI/XI interfaces and integration scenarios between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Configure and implement end-to-end integration flows using SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO).
- Analyze business and technical requirements for integration and design suitable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve interface issues to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Develop, configure, and maintain mappings, message types, communication channels, and integration objects.
- Perform performance tuning, error handling, and exception management for integrations.
- Collaborate with functional teams, ABAP developers, and third-party vendors for integration design and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and transport policies for all integration artifacts.
- Document integration design, configuration details, and operational procedures.
- Support deployment,



go-live activities, and production support for SAP PI/PO interfaces.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience with SAP XI/PI/PO (Process Integration / Orchestration) for SAP ERP and S/4HANA systems.
- Knowledge of integration protocols like IDoc, SOAP, REST, RFC, HTTP, and file-based interfaces.
- Experience in mapping techniques (Graphical, XSLT, Message Mapping) and adapter configuration.
- Understanding of SAP integration patterns, B2B/EDI integration, and middleware concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills for interface issues.
- Valuable communication skills for stakeholder interactions and technical discussions.
