Others:

- Plan and coordinate project setup, quality, resource allocation, project milestones and deliverables of the project from the start of a project to the project closure.
- Own the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned BIM projects.
- Manage a team of technical resources to execute and deliver BIM projects.




- Assist the MEP Head in preparing proposals during current project bids.
- Collaborate with Digital Team to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
- Enforce Implement company BIM standards, procedures, protocols, workflows, and best practices for MEP discipline.
- Review project BIM on a regular basis to ensure that the project BIM is developed in the right format.
- Lead Clash-detection and conflict resolution.
- Train MEP team on Clash-detection tools to proactively avoid clashes, resolve design issues and develop better designs.
