Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain enterprise GIS applications using:

· ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS JavaScript API,C# and .NET, Angular and TypeScript

· Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

· Develop, consume, and integrate REST APIs and GIS services with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

· Create, enhance, and maintain geoprocessing tools, workflows, and automation scripts.

· Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, performance tuning, and production support activities.

· Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and implementation planning.

· Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational support documents.

· Support application deployment, release management, and environment configuration activities.





· Work effectively within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, effort estimation, development, testing, and delivery.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 6+ years of experience in GIS application development.

· Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS JavaScript API,C#,.NET Framework/.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript

· Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services.

· Strong understanding of GIS concepts, spatial data management, and geospatial application architecture.

· Experience with application performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced Agile environment.

· Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder and custom widget development.

· Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-based GIS deployments is a plus.
