- Validate employee data migration and historical workforce data into Workday.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and integrity testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test scripts for Workday functional and integration testing.
- Test and validate Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
- Design and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and stakeholders for integration testing and issue resolution.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, and Payroll Testing.
- Log, track, and validate defects through closure and retesting.
- Document test results, testing evidence, and quality assurance deliverables.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployment and production readiness.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ is an added advantage.
