Role Description This is a full-time, remote role in Life Sciences Recruitment at Stryde Research. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical, scientific, and operational positions across the organization and partner networks. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers through selection decisions. The position also supports workforce planning, builds talent pipelines for key therapeutic areas, and maintains accurate recruitment metrics.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and provide a positive candidate experience is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidate like to have experience working on hiring at clinical research sites
- Candidates should possess strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience with full-cycle recruitment in life sciences or healthcare.
- Candidates should possess interviewing and communication skills to assess technical and behavioral fit and to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess training and onboarding skills to support recent hires and assist in developing recruitment best practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with clinical research or biopharma environments, and the ability to understand scientific and operational role requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and ethical recruitment approach.
