We're Hiring: AI Creative Designer

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Creative Designer who conceptualize, create, and execute powerful brand experiences using AI as a core creative capability.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for someone who can own the complete creative journey—from understanding the brief and generating breakthrough concepts to creating AI-powered visuals, motion content, campaigns, presentations, and final production-ready assets.

You'll combine strategic thinking, world-class design, storytelling, motion, and cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver premium creative work across digital, social, branding, and integrated marketing campaigns.

What You'll Own

AI-Driven Creative Direction

- Transform business briefs into powerful creative concepts using AI and design thinking.
- Lead the complete creative journey from idea generation to final execution.
- Build visually striking campaigns using AI-assisted workflows while maintaining premium creative quality.
- Explore multiple creative directions rapidly through AI-powered ideation.

Creative & Brand Design

- Design high-impact creatives across digital, social media, branding, campaigns, presentations, websites, performance marketing, and integrated marketing assets.
- Develop strong visual systems that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Create premium concepts that balance creativity, storytelling, and business impact.
- Maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint.

AI Creative Production

- Use AI as a core part of the creative workflow not just as a tool.




- Generate AI visuals, product concepts, environments, key visuals, storyboards, mood boards, campaign explorations, and creative prototypes.
- Build efficient AI workflows to improve quality, speed, and scalability.
- Experiment with new AI platforms to unlock creative creative possibilities.

Motion, Video & Content

- Create AI-powered videos, motion graphics, product films, social content, and multimedia assets.
- Produce engaging visual storytelling using animation, editing, AI video generation, and motion design.
- Develop short-form content optimized for digital and social platforms.

Innovation & Creative Leadership

- Bring fresh ideas that challenge conventional thinking.
- Mentor junior designers on AI workflows, creative thinking, and execution.
- Present creative concepts confidently to internal teams and clients.
- Stay ahead of global creative trends, AI technologies, design innovations, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Creative Design, Visual Design, Brand Design, or AI-assisted Creative Production.
- Agency experience is highly preferred.

Creative Skills

- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, social media, AI-generated creatives,



digital experiences, and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, colour theory, design systems, and user attention.

AI Expertise

Hands-on expertise with modern AI creative platforms.

Candidates should understand:
