Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise observability strategy and standards.

Implement telemetry (logs, metrics, traces) and Open Telemetry frameworks.

Establish SLIs, SLOs, and Critical User Journeys (CUJs).

Drive AIOps initiatives including event correlation, anomaly detection, and alert noise reduction.

Automate incident management, routing, and self-healing processes.





Build executive and operational dashboards.

Collaborate with SRE, Infrastructure, Application, and Service Management teams.

Lead major incident response and continuous service improvement.

Required Experience

18+ years in Observability, SRE, IT Operations, Platform Engineering, or AIOps.

Robust expertise in monitoring, automation, incident management, and cloud/platform observability.

Experience integrating observability platforms with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

Nice to Have: Azure Observability, ServiceNow AIOps/ITOM, Predictive Analytics, AI-driven Monitoring.
