Role Description This is a full-time, in office AC Technician role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. The AC Technician will install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems across guest rooms, event spaces, restaurants, spa areas, and back-of-house facilities. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring energy-efficient operation, and ensuring comfort and safety standards are consistently met. The role involves coordinating with the maintenance team on related electrical and plumbing tasks, responding promptly to service requests, and documenting all work performed.



The AC Technician will follow safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and resort policies while supporting smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving AC and HVAC issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to schedule and perform regular servicing of AC units and related systems.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Electricity and basic electrical systems as they relate to HVAC equipment and controls.
- Candidates should possess basic Plumbing skills to address condensate drainage, piping, and connections associated with AC systems.
- Candidates should possess EPA or equivalent environmental and safety awareness related to refrigerants, handling, and disposal.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in HVAC, air conditioning, or electrical engineering is preferred.
- Prior experience as an AC Technician in hospitality, commercial facilities, or large campuses is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess the ability to read technical manuals, use diagnostic tools, and maintain clear service records.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
