Over 1,000 properties have been verified and the service is trusted by leading financial institutions such as HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and PNB Housing Finance. PropertyCIBIL currently operates in Jaipur, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Uttarakhand, with plans to expand to Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, and Bhopal. The company's mission is simple: verify before you buy, making property transactions more transparent and secure.

Role Description The Co-founder (with investment) will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and product evolution of PropertyCIBIL. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining long-term vision and roadmaps, driving business development and partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and real estate developers, and overseeing key operations and product enhancement initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with the founding team on fundraising, financial planning, and investor relations, as well as guiding marketing, customer acquisition, and expansion into new cities.



The Co-founder will also help build and mentor a high-performing team, establish scalable processes, and ensure that the business remains compliant, data-driven, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

- Experience in founding, co-founding, or leading early-stage startups, preferably in proptech, fintech, real estate, or financial services.
- Solid business strategy, growth, and operations skills, including market analysis, go-to-market planning, and scaling products across multiple cities.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with banks, NBFCs, housing finance companies, and real estate stakeholders.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, unit economics, fundraising exposure, and willingness and ability to make an equity investment in the company.
- Understanding of property verification, compliance, legal due diligence, or comfort working with legal and regulatory teams and external advisors.
- Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to hire, mentor, and retain talent in product, technology, and operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative, transparent, and ethical working style.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent entrepreneurial experience is highly valued.
