We partner with leading clients across the Middle East to delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, and high-rise developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide remote IT support to employees across the UAE, India, and Sri Lanka.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, email, and system-related issues.

* Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, system access, and IT assets.

* Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

* Maintain IT documentation and support IT security best practices.

Requirements:

✔️ 3+ years of experience in IT Support/System Administration.

✔️ Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and remote troubleshooting.

✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Experience supporting multiple office locations will be an added advantage.
