Job Profile:

The Full Stack Engineer – Incident Response & Application Stability is responsible for stabilizing and improving business-critical web applications and internal systems.

The role focuses on analyzing production incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system stability, maintainability, and reliable application performance. This role is designed for developing existing features instead of building new features.

You will work closely with incident management, support teams, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure stable and consistent user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting internal and customer-facing applications
- Perform structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
- Respond to production issues and support system stability across applications
- Take ownership of technical issues from analysis to resolution
- Collaborate with support teams, developers, and stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues
- Analyze software errors and review existing code
- Refactor code in line with coding standards and best practices
- Perform basic quality assurance of code and functionality




- Create and maintain documentation including incident reports, root cause analysis, and fixes
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of operational processes

Required Skills:

Mandatory:

- Strong expertise in PHP (Laravel), RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL including schema design and SQL optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Vue.js, with solid understanding of unit testing using PHPUnit or Pest and modern testing best practices.
- Skilled in Git version control and adept at using Docker for setting setup and containerization.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to analyze logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes
- Understanding of software development and code quality practices
- Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good to Have:

- Exposure to Symfony and React.js
- Exposure to microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and API security concepts.

Qualifications:

- 5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Software development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
