Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for data centers, industrial, warehousing, and institutional projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include planning project milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing contractors and vendors, and monitoring progress through regular site reviews and status reports. The role involves expediting materials and equipment, resolving logistical and on-site issues,



and working closely with inspection teams to maintain compliance with design and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and support the company's Day 1st Everyday and People 1st philosophy in daily operations.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management expertise and experience overseeing multi-disciplinary EPC or construction projects.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as working as an Expeditor and performing Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess inspection-focused skills, including experience with Inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management capabilities for coordinating supply chains, transportation, and site deliveries.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and prior experience in large infrastructure or industrial projects are beneficial.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with project management and ERP software are advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, sustainability, and the ability to lead diverse teams on-site will be highly valued.
