Role Description The Admissions Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based at the NBS campus in Ahmedabad. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective learners through the entire admissions cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining program details, eligibility criteria, and placement outcomes, and supporting applicants with forms, documentation, and entrance test information. This role involves conducting campus tours,



coordinating information sessions and outreach activities, maintaining accurate applicant records in digital systems, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth, transparent admission experience. The Admissions Counselor will also follow up with leads, support conversion of inquiries to applications and enrollments, and contribute to enrollment targets while upholding NBS's values and admission policies.
