About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified IT professionals for various client requirements.

The role requires robust communication skills, excellent candidate-sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions thoroughly.
- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, notice period, and other client-specific requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate technical and communication skills.
- Explain job responsibilities, project details, work location, compensation, and interview process to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Track candidate submissions, interviews, selections,



and closures using internal recruitment tools/MIS.
- Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations where required.
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles against assigned requirements.
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure a smooth joining process.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets consistently.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to company recruitment processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- 1–6 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment terminology.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, or similar platforms.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Good proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
