We are urgently hiring for an HR Executive to join our agile team in Belagavi. The ideal candidate will have 5-14 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for managing various HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and handle employee grievances.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
