We are urgently hiring for the position of Ice Cream Production Head in Belagavi, India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing ice cream production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading a dedicated production team.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire ice cream production process from start to finish.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with supply chain for raw materials.
- Lead and train the production team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain production best practices and continuous improvement processes.
- Monitor production costs and work towards cost reduction without compromising on quality.
- Collaborate with R&D; for recent product development and improvement of existing recipes.

Skills and Qualifications





- 10-20 years of experience in food production, preferably in ice cream or dairy industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or related field is preferred.
