Telecaller – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via calls, emails, chat, and social media

Deliver effective sales pitches and adapt based on customer needs

Maintain and update customer databases

Suggest suitable IT courses based on customer requirements

Coordinate with internal teams for lead closures

Handle customer queries, objections, and grievances professionally

Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Skills Required:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle rejection and challenging situations

Good listening and problem-solving ability

Conflict handling and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of IT courses and certifications

Desired Profile:

UG/PG (BCA/MCA/Computer Science – 2022/2023 passed outs)

Minimum 2+ years experience in IT course sales

Excellent English communication skills

Chennai-based candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales

Schedule meetings and coordinate with sales managers

Identify new business opportunities in IT training industry

Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Prepare proposals and follow up on closures/payments

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Operations teams

Track industry trends and contribute to business strategy

Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

Strong B2B sales experience (Call centers, corporates, enterprises)
