Role Description The Social Media Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting Digistall's online presence and engagement. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will assist in planning and creating social media content tailored to rural and emerging markets, including posts, stories, and short videos. The role includes scheduling content across platforms, monitoring comments and messages, and engaging with the online community in a qualified and inclusive manner. The intern will help track basic performance metrics,



support digital marketing campaigns, and collaborate with the team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals. This internship offers exposure to e-commerce, social impact initiatives, and real-world digital marketing practices.
Qualifications

- Ability to apply Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills to grow and engage online communities.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially in the context of e-commerce.
- Robust Communication skills, including explicit written messaging and professional online interaction.
- Interest in rural development, technology adoption, and inclusive digital ecosystems.
- Basic familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools is beneficial.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred, but not mandatory.
