Job Profile:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate current corporate business for our MICE and Event Management vertical.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, identifying opportunities through corporate companies, MIDCs, exhibitions, industrial associations, and networking, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Requirements:

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Event Management, MICE, Hospitality, Hotel Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in corporate client acquisition and relationship management.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Candidates with an existing network in corporate companies will be preferred.
