Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern for a 6-month onsite internship. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to IT, Banking, and FinTech projects, supporting business analysis activities, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholdersSupport preparation of BRD, FRD, URD, SRS, and functional documentsHelp create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, process flows,



and system documentationCoordinate with IT, product, development, QA, and business teamsAssist in UAT activities, user training, and implementation supportParticipate in requirement walkthroughs and discussions

Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Postgraduate in Business, IT, Finance, or related fieldsBasic understanding or strong interest in Banking, FinTech, or IT systemsGood analytical, documentation, and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office toolsWillingness to work full time onsite for the complete internship durationIf you want this:
