We're looking for a hands-on creative who can both design and edit video — someone who turns briefs into scroll-stopping social creatives one day and a sharp client reel the next. You'll work across brands in multiple industries, in India and abroad, and your work will go live, not sit in a folder. What you'll do Design : Create social media creatives, ad creatives, and campaign visuals. Produce brand collateral — logos support, packaging, presentations, and marketing assets. Keep every asset on-brand and consistent across clients. Video : Edit short-form video — reels, shorts, and ad cuts — for social platforms. Add motion graphics, subtitles, basic colour and sound. Repurpose long content into platform-ready clips. What we're looking for A robust portfolio / showreel (this matters more than your CV). Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus); Canva / CapCut welcome. A genuine eye for layout, type, colour, and pacing. Understanding of social formats and current trends. Nice to have Motion graphics / animation, basic photography, or AI creative tools. What success looks like (first 90 days) You're independently shipping on-brand social and video assets for live client campaigns, with minimal revisions.
