About the Role

Saburi Ply is looking for a creative, energetic, and execution-focused Marketing Executive (BTL) to strengthen brand visibility and support sales through impactful Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns, dealer engagement activities, and on-ground marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL marketing activities across assigned markets.

- Organize dealer meets, carpenter meets, contractor meets, and retailer engagement programs.

- Coordinate product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.

- Work closely with the sales team to execute market activation initiatives.

- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure timely execution.

- Manage branding materials including banners, standees, brochures, merchandise, and promotional kits.

- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post-event reports.

- Ensure brand visibility across dealer outlets and retail touchpoints.

- Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials.





- Support digital marketing and social media campaigns whenever required.

- Travel across assigned territories for marketing activities.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1–4 years in BTL Marketing.

- Experience in the Plywood, Laminates, Paints, Hardware, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, FMCG, or Building Materials industry will be preferred.

- Solid event coordination and vendor management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative mindset with robust execution capabilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to travel for marketing events and promotional activities.
