Summary: We are seeking a skilled HMI Designer with a minimum of 6 years of overall professional experience, including at least 3 years dedicated specifically to HMI design. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered interface solutions across industrial or automation environments. This role is critical in shaping intuitive, effective, and visually compelling human-machine interfaces that enhance operational performance and user experience. The HMI Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex system requirements into clear, functional, and aesthetically consistent designs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive, responsive, and scalable HMI interfaces for industrial control systems and automation platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and define interface specifications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with usability standards, accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices.




- Optimize HMI performance for real-time responsiveness and reliability in operational environments.
- Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency across multiple projects and platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in design or engineering roles, with 3+ years focused specifically on HMI design.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality HMI projects with a strong, verifiable portfolio.
- Proficiency with HMI development tools such as Ignition, FactoryTalk, WinCC, or similar industrial platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Experience working in collaborative, agile development environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
